Downloads of Update and Template are slow and they eventually fail

Downloads of templates or the software update is extremely slow for weeks now. I use Evo. I thought Incomedia solve the server problems, but nothing is happening. It is impossible to use the software now. Any quick resolution. This affects all users I suspect.

Thank you. I have only Windows 11 built in firewall. I should not disable that.

we have not had other users report this, for the moment, so I believe there may be a local factor affecting the situation.
Do you have an alternate network available for a test, for example a smartphone or tabler with 4G/5G working as a hotspot?
I would like to check whether this occurs even with a different connection.

Download is fast with mobile phone on the very same Internet connection as my computer with Windows 11. I have no firewall apart from Windows built in. It should work flawlessly. But fails still.

do you mean that you used the phone connected to your usual network as a hotspot for the computer?
Or did you attempt a different download, not for a template, directly on the phone?

My phone is on the same wireless home network as my computer when I do that.

This is what I wanted the confirmation about, apologies for the misunderstanding.
Do you encounter slow speed if you do not use the hotspot and download a file such as this, as well as the templates?

When I download update and templates on mobile phone using the he same network as my computer the download is at good speed. The problem is with my windows 11 laptop.

But the update can be downloaded to it. It works very fast. But not when I use the laptop.

Could you please attempt the test I mentioned in one of my first replies, this way it would be possible to confirm whether the issue is caused by how this specific network interacts with the laptop, or rather by something else that is affecting all connections on this device?
Switch your phone to 4G/5G temporarily, enable its hotspot function and, on your laptop, connect to the phone instead of your usual network, and attempt to download a template.

Everything downloads fast. Speedtest is 60Mbit/s download and 25 Mbits upload on my laptop. The WebsiteX5 update and file download is about 50 kbit/s, so it takes hours. Someting is gravely wrong.

Everything has been downloading from the websites of Website X5 extremely slowly for weeks now. All other websites allow fast downloads. This is very bad.

Used 5g network via using my mobile phone as the mobile hotspot for the laptop computer. No change in speed at all.
I live in Germany and have a fiber optic connection from Deutsche Telekom. I'm also having problems downloading updates, downloads, and templates.
But I don't stress about it and try again a few times after a longer period of time, and then the fast download usually works.
In the past, the version change within the program was very useful. About 1-2 months ago, the download slowed down, and the version change failed. Last time I downloaded the version change file separately. The download was very slow, under 100 kb/sec. . Finally it worked. The problem has persisted since then. Now the version change has not worked either from the program or by downloading. I finally downloaded it with a mobile phone, which was also slow, but ultimately successful.

Same with me. Cannot download on computer laptop only on mobile. It seems this is a universal problem affecting many users. any resolution?
I must add that the file downloaded with the mobile phone was corrupted, so at the moment, despite being a subscriber, I cannot upgrade the program. Please kindly solve this technical problem! I can say one thing for sure, the fault is not mine.

what internet provider do you have?
We have had this issue reported by some German users with Deutsche Telekom, as mentioned by Daniel, is this the case for you as well, or are you based elsewhere/have a different provider? From what I can see you have Hungary marked as your country here.
For the time being, as a workaround I can provide alternative download links here.
