re. these template instructions: 1.run the EXE file you downloaded from Internet related to the template you choose; 2.enter the destination folder in order that it will be the same of the one showed in our website. This folder is automatically showed as the default one into the installation software; 3.start the files unzipping by pressing the Unzip button 4.launch WebSite X5 and open the IWP project file present into the folder you decompressed. All the templates are always unzipped into the folder named C:\TemplatesX5, into a sub-folder that has the same name of the template you choose. I downloaded 360_3Dimensional template. It does not have an .exe. It does have 3Dimensional.iwzip when I click that X5 v9001654 opens, then tells me to import a new project. I did that and it tells me that the template was made with a later version of X5. I just bought your software and found out it is not the latest version. OK. I then went to update software and there was an update that I tried to install. It kicked error 406 telling me I have to shut down all my software apps. OK, so I disconnect from the internet [don't want to be online without firewall and antivirus] and when I attempt to update it wants access to the internet! With my firewall down? Who created this updating system? You're asking me to take a heck of a risk just to get your latest software and install it. Is there a way to download your latest version and install it without being connected to the internet so that I can drop my firewall?
