Hi All,
I'm considering using a customer Loyalty Rewards Program for my online health shop made with X5 Pro and need some suggestions/advice.
Has anyone or does anyone use a Loyalty Rewards program for their website? If so, which program and can it be integrated with X5?
I'm not very tech-saavy with API integration so the easier the better.

Since I don't run a shop (except a demo shop to help other users here in the community), I can't say anything about loyalty points as a shop operator.
As a customer in online pharmacy shops, I let the loyalty points expire because I can only redeem them when purchasing directly in the shop, but not if I buy the medication at a big discount via a price search engine.
