Why isn't the WebSite X5 export function used? This is easier to use and avoids errors.

What error are you having when uploading, if you use WebSite X5?
And how is PayPal related?

@Daniel W. & @Eric C. everytime I try to upload with info provided by internet hosting company, and I keep getting ERROR.

A specification is missing for “Destination folder”.

Depending on the web host, a different specification, e.g. /public_html

If the issue persists even if you set the Destination Folder correctly, you can provide me with a copy of the project I can take a closer look at the situation.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with SwissTransfer, TransferNow or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

@Eric C.the site is E-Comm, and when I exported the site and uploaded with FileZilla my paypal wasn't connected, and I don't know of a way to do so.

I tested a connection to your hosting with an external tool, FileZilla, but with the parameters you are currently using an error was displayed here as well:

Could you please check the parameters currently in the project to make sure they are the same as what you successfully use in FileZilla, and also check whether there are blocks regarding attempts to connect from networks considered unknown?
