Please go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 – Evo on your computer.
Here you will find a file called magicsite.json and a folder called Logs.
I would kindly ask you to provide me with the magicsite.json file and the most recent files in the Logs folder.
You can collect all the files into a .zip or .rar archive and attach it to your reply. Thank you.

I try to find it, but its not there. Could it be a problem it was in the OneDrive map. Now i copied it to my C. But all my credit are gone now...

The error is :

Please close the software and find the magicsite.json file there, and the Logs as well.

All problems are solved. It's working now.

But, the program put a background in that i don't want to have. I try to remove it, but can't find where. I've been looking in all the maps. See picture, hopefully you van help me with this.
