Contact Form does not work, my Settings do not include "Data Management" or "Sta

I purchased X5 Pro, and the Contact Form does not work.
In the "Settings" page there is no "Data Management" icon nor a "Statistics, SEO and Code" icon. Have you sent me the wrong version of the program?
My website provider needs to know what version of PHP is required (as there is nothing on your website about it) and if your software uses something called "PHPmailer", if it does need that the latest PHP doesn't have PHPmailer.
I click the send button on visualrota.co.uk on the Contact Form at the bottom of the page, it comes up with "HTTP ERROR 500" and says "www.visualrota.co.uk can't currently handle this request" on a page labelled www.visualrota.co.uk/imemail/imEmailForm.php whichIhavenotcreatedsoitmustbeyoursoftware.
I click the send button on oranalysts.com/contact.html on the Contact Form and it freezes. It does nothing.
If you need to send me the correct copy of X5, that would be a start.

1. WebSite X5 requires PHP 8.2.
2. Whether “PHP Mailer (recommended)” is sufficient or “SMTP authentication” with additional information is required depends on the web hosting provider and the web hosting package.
For example, I have Hosteurope as a web hosting provider and use cPanel web hosting, so I need the setting "PHP Mailer (recommended)".
3. "HTTP ERROR 500" means that there is a server error; the web hosting provider would have to look for the cause in the error log files.
4. When I click on the “Send” button, it takes around 10 seconds for me to receive the confirmation message.
