Email form data not showing correctly.

I have had email forms on my websites for some time and they were working. Since the latest software upgrade, the email form no longer sends the correct data.
Instead of the entered questions and answers, I am now just getting the following sent by email:
The following support request was entered online
P: P
p: p
I: I
W: W
C: C
P: P
R: R
t: t
T: T
1: 1

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This was working before and the emails are always sent out, it is just the data entered is no longer readable as above.
The emails and sent as POST and I have tried Low quality server script and low level script, but the data is still as above.

it could be a bug in the beta version, thank you for reporting it.
I suggest you to unsubscribe from the beta using http://beta.websitex5.com/rimozione_en.html and go back with the stable version.
I hope you have the backup of your project made with the stable version as suggested before taking part of beta testing channel.

Rather than unsubscribe from the beta program, would it not be better for you to fix the issue quickly and release a corrected version to the beta users?

OK, I have just seen there is a new update available. I installed it and then checked the email forms. They appear to be working again so thank you for fixing this.
Is there an undate log somewhere listing what was fixed in each version?
