when i buy the software i know i have license for 2 computers but whats making me think is, what if i install in 2 computers and then someday i need to reinstall windows again on one of those computers? does that mean i wont be able to install again the software on the computer which i had to reinstall windows?

If you install your Evo 9 on your computer and you have any kind of problem with it, you can install it again. You simply have to make sure that the program is always active only on two computers.
