HI, I´m not receiving a order e-mail to my e-mail box. but customer receiving the confirmation mail. Help me please, I fill the " e-mail address for receiving orders" correctly. but I got nothing in my mail box. thanks Petra

Hi Petra,
unfortunately, this problem occurs if PHP is not correctly active or configured on your server. You should contact your provider.
If your provider should not give you any information I suggest you to change some settings within the program WebSite X5 Evolution 9:
1. open the programm WebSite X5 Version 9
2. open "preferences"
3. select "E-Mail form script type" and chose "Low-lever Script"
