V8 to V9 Submenus

There was a feature that is no longer there in v9. In the "Advanced Settings" the item used to be called "SubMenu". It is now called "PageMenu". There, you had "Style" where you could change the style of the initial submenu on the page and also a submenu to the submenu. The 2nd layer is completely missing. Is it somewhere else within v9?

The submenu settings are at "Step 4" -> "Drop Down Menu". There you'll find all the v8 settings plus some new features.
