I see that you have registered and installed your program twice on the 11th, do you still have issues? May I help you?

I have installaed the installation upto the point where it asks for the activation cade and loops back to tell me to do the same thing again. I have one install working okay on my laptop but would like to have it on my desktop for greater functionality.

Please make sure that your computer is compatible with the program. Have a look at the following posts and check:

My computer is upto date with all the suggested programmes.

Are you positive that you have your framework 3.5 is correctly installed on your computer?
Did you already follow the suggestions in the second post I reported previously?
