Hi, I am running website x5 8 Evolution on my PC and website x5 9 evolution on my PC at the same time, though they are installed it is very rare that I use the software prefering to use them both on my laptop, as I am able in T&C as long as not at the same time, and it is only me using them. My problem is the laptop HDD died on me so have bought a new hdd and have finished putting new OS on, now am re-installing all my software luckily I have backups of all my websites on an external hdd, has I havnt used my  PC to update my websites for about 8 months. When I go to re-install website x5 evo 8 onto newly formatted hdd I get this message "Product Code has already been used Please contact Incomedia or your local reseller in order to check the Product Code. Error 2" also within my profile under "My Licenses" I only seem to have website x5 evo 9 registered though I'm sure I am still using the same email address I registered with ( it was a few years ago so cannot be 100% sure) hope someone can help
