As I can see from your picture.. I think the only way is to have a horizontal menu. If you have a vertical menu than the content and the logo in the header could not be centered.
Another solution is to move the logo on the header to the right...
there is a kinda way to fix it but it'll take a bit of measuring.
if you treat the right edge of the menu as the start of your header image then it will be centred if that makes sense.
so all you have to do is redo the header image but centre it from the right edge of the menu to the right side of the website and just fill the bit on the left side with the background colour.
probably makes no sense but it does in my head lol
