but i need to put my Credit card details? Why?
. . . i also had to put my PayPal - but the bill is 0€ so they dont charge anything . . .

That is correct! You need to purchase the program exactly as if you had to pay for it, add all your details and select your payment method, but as Pcssa Denia said, you will not be charged for it!
