Change rows height when creating a page structure

When creating a page structure, I can change the size of the columns but I cannot change (drag a slider pointer) to choose the height of the rows.

It depends a bit on what object you are using, they all tend to adjust themselfs according to what you have added inside them though.
If you are using the text object for example, add an extra space on the bottom and adjust the cell according to your needs. If you need extra space below your other objects, add a row in between then add the text object with a space in it.
