Uploading changed files

Until recently, when I uploaded my website to the net selecting 'Upload changed files only' it worked fine. Now for some reason, it uploads the whole site each time. Any suggestions welcomed.

Hello David,
maybe is because you have just upgraded the software. Every time you do an upgrade WebsiteX5 need to upload the whole website but this is only for the first time.
Remember to save the project to let WebsiteX5 knows you have finished with your changes, otherwise it will keep upload the entire site.

It certainly does. Not sure what changed, but now, if I click save before the update, only the changed files are uploaded. Thanks.
