My Images Getting Watermarked with Unregistered Version however I have the Full EVOLUTION 9 version Paid and Registered.

That does not seem to do anything.

(problem seen on French part of Answers...)
Try to uninstall your software and reinstall it, and delete before the folder "Incomedia" in AppData (AppData\Local\Website X5 -V9 Evolution = rebuild during new installlation).
