Do you mean the virtical scroll bar on the right of the screen??  If so just enter the following code in the "head" of your page:

<style> html { overflow-y:scroll; } </style>

The scrollbar in the e-commerce appears when the description ofthe products are too long.

A valid solution would be or to reduce the size of the image, if present, or to reduce the product description or to go to settings of the e-commerce in the menu 3 and there change the height until the scroller disappears.

The product description is still too long and the scrollbar will be visible.

I menu 3 click in the e-commerce section and in settings change the height to 300 or more so the scrollbar will disappear.

Unfortunately this option is not present in the Shopping Cart. I would suggest you to open an "Idea" post where you suggest us to add this feature in the future releases of the program.
