Hi
Trying to do this months update on my website. So I go to export bit, this has all the right addresses and password need.When its goes to the file bit before starting the upload, it pops up with a box saying "Unable to view list of the files present on the server" Do you know why this is happening... Thanks

are you using the latest update 8.0.16 of WebSite X5 Evolution 8?
Usually this problem occurrs because some Providers require you to immediately specify the destination folder, before connecting. Then you have to specify the destination folder path, FTP address, username and password before you start the FTP connection.
