Please help I am trying to import a product list which I created in exel and saved as an csv file but it gives me the following error message: An error occured while importing the products (Invalid Header) I have used the header as stipulated in the help files - category;name/code;desc;price

the description be not empy, try to complete these for all products and re import the .csv

still cant get the csv files to work please help

NO DESC.. Description.. all the letters :) try it again

I have the headings - category;name/code;description;price; in column form in exel saved as csv (comma delimited) gives me the following error message - An error occured while importing the products (Invalid Header) I have a price list with hundreds of entrys don't have the time to sit and add each product is there another way of getting this catalog imported Please I need help
Hi Owen,
check your .csv file and verify that the products description is not empy, if the description of an product is empty when you import the file you receive this error.
Can you send me the csv file or al last a copy with the header and 2 or 3 articles ?
