I recently had a hard disk crash and need to re-set my X5 software on a new computer. The activation link on your original email from when I first purchased the software back in Aug 2011 does not seem to work any more, I get an error code of 404! I don't have software on a cd. I urgently need to acces the software again, can you help please?
