Error 406 on updating

I got error 406 on updating.
I am reinstalling my entire system on a clean hard drive. So I installed WSX5, and then requested an update. After a whale of time it took to download, I got Error 406.
So I read the answers here in Italian, Spanish, and (thanks to Google Translate) German too. All unanimously say to deactivate antivirus, firewall, file manager. So I suspended all of AVG protection, and it didn't work. Then I closed all other programs, including Skype, and it didn't work either.
Any other ideas? Thanks!

After you deactivated the antivirus/firewall try also to start the program as Administrator on Windows and if this should not help, download from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the section "Download" the installer of WebSite X5 and install it again because this one contains already all updates.
