MP4 not playing in preview

Using Evolution 9
An MP4 video will no longer play when previewing the page. It used too but not any more.
The same MP4 video in a test project previews ok.
We have tried duplicating the project and export/import but it hasn't fixed the problem.
Any thoughts?
