Hello! 2 days I can't update the program 9.1.6.1952 version on version 9.1.8.1960. In the program there is a window with the message: problems with Incomedia server. What to do? Thanks.

Please check if the antivirus/firewall is not blocking the program and if you want you can download the most updated installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Download" and install it. This will contain the latest update.
