Hi,
Client has WebSite X5 Ev9.
When unloading site http://moto-tochka.com/ on a hosting there is a error (see attachment screen).
All images in English.
On all images the watermark is established.

mototochka.com/html/ is right?
have you checked only html/ as folder for export.

Hello,
The issue depends on the fact that the login username and password has not permission to write (error 550). Your client needs to contact the hosting provider to get writing permission to be able to upload the website.
It seems they were partially able to upload the website : http://moto-tochka.com/home.html
But they need to contact the provider for this issue.
