Have a look at http://jkbsystems.com/contact-us.html . Even when you enter the corect data you get the error message: The inserted word is not correct.

. . . i just tested - and it seems to work . . .
and i just received this message:
Thank you for your interest. We have received your message and will respond within 24 hours. This e-mail contains information that are intended solely for the above mentioned addressee.
If you have received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender immediately and destroy it, without copying it.
Just tried the link above and it worked for me!
