One item - two different prices

I'm making pizza delivery site, we have 2 sizes of pizza, and 2 different prices, i'd like to make one product and make a possibility to choose size and recieve need price, also it will be greatfull to make a possibility on choosing necesary add-on of ingridients wich will cost some extra money
