Some issues with Evo8 - Evo9 migration

I've been moving my website from Website X5 Evolution 8 to Evolution 9, and faced some issues. As I wasn't able to solve them, neither I did not find similar topics in this forum, I have to ask for your help.
1. In Evo8, my drop-down menu was placed in two or three height lines, when it was necessary. In Evo 9 menu is one line only (you can see this on screen capture 1). So, is there any possible way to expand the height of drop-down menu, for items where it's necessary?
2. At screencap 2, you can see small cell description texts. In Evo 8 those were placed on top of each cell, right under the cell name, and in Evo 9 they moved to cell bottom. But I'd like them to be back on top) Unfortunately I can't even find in program where can I change their placement.
3. Is it possible to change form field names, button names and table cell names, and add custom form fields, when speaking of shopping cart in Evo 9? That would be great allow better customer experience.

Hello Maria,
Unfortunately it is not possible to expand the height the lines in the dropdown menu. You can try tyo change the "Vertical Margin" in step 4 - Dropdown Menu style to see if it helps.
Also for the description text cannot be changed position. I would suggest you to open an "Idea" post where you suggest us what you would like to see in the future releases of the program.

Thank you for your answer.
We managed to solve the above issues manually, but another problem appeared.
Our clients reported that they receive order confirmation letter with wrong encoding. We use Russian language on our website, and in theory UTF-8 which Evo9 use must fit perfect.
Also wrong encoding appears in Product options in shopping cart. Names of products themselves display correct, but product options have wrong encoding in order confirmation letters.
Probably you can suggest the way to solve those encoding issues?

Can you please write me the link to the website to see what happend?
WebSite X5 uses UTF-8 which works perfectly for russian language but it could be that the server where the website is hosted is using a different encoding and so it forces the browser to render the pages with the wrong encoding format.
You need to check if on the server options there is the opportunity to change encoding system or force it to use the UTF-8.

Thank you very much for your answer.
Our host provider confirmed that the server uses UTF-8.
In attachment, you can find a screenshot of client e-mail with wrong encoding, and also order confirmation with wrong encoding in product options. Our website url is www.medkv.ru.
Also, we encounter another problem. Since we've moved the website to Evo9, server CPU load doubled, and number of critical errors increased accordingly. Is there any way to deal with it?

Hello Maria,
For the encoding issue try to change script type in the preferences on the main screen of WebSite X5 and then export the project again. There are 3 types of scripts to send email and I would suggest to try the other 2 to see if they fit better to the server settings.
WebSite X5 Projects are principally composed of html pages and they don't increase the use of the CPU. I would suggest to check if there are custom codes added to the project and check if they are causing this or contact the server administrator to ask what is causing these errors.
