do you want import the Rss module from Website X5 v9? You can create the Rss Module from past 4 -> Feed Rss or you can create the feed RSS with content of your blog. Now it isn't more present the function import feed RSS.
I still cannot understand from the help files how to display RSS Feed Data on a webpage. I get live RSS weather feed from a weather site and want to show it on a page of my V9 site, is this possible?

You can't import your data of feed rss from others systems Feed RSS, but you can only create yours Feed RSS from WebSite X5 Evolution 9.
