Now that I have Evolution V7.0.5 up and running, when I selected the update Version it appeared to download a complete version of X5 Evolution 9. Is there no other update to V7.0.5. If no, what is the cost of updating to the latest version, bearing in mind I have already purchased V7

Unfortunatly there are only update's from V8. You can see all the option in the store of x5:
