Pre purchase information Sometimes it may happen to reformat or replace the PC You always use the same activation code? If you reformat the computer replaces the previously created sites are recovered or you lose everything? best regards

Hello Simone,
When you buy the software, your licence activation keys can always be found here, on answers.websitex5.com. You click on your user name and you can choose to download the software again and the licences too.
If you don't want to loose anything, you use the Part 5 - Export and export your project to a special file that includes anything with your images. Than you upload this file to your server (or any network HD or USB key).
When you have a computer crash or reformat, you download the file from the server and import it inside your freshed installed copy. Than you recover all your work.
It is not automatic but it is very secure

I received the email with the license and I inserted "My Licenses"
the code is identical to the installation on my two computers?

Yes, you are right : it is the same license code for your two computers.
