The licence key entered is from another program or an earlier version. The account associated to my e mail is not enabled to install this program.
Question ;- How do I enable this update, if possible
Question;- Do I Need a refund and purchase Evo 9 in full

i see that you have bought the Upgrade from evolution 8 to Evolution 9, but you have the compact 8.
