can't upload to the internet,it keeps coming up unable to view list of files present on the server.also have trouble exporting to usb.can you help please.

My web host is one.com and it's x5version 8, my anti virus is norton and I'm on windows 7
. . . did you update to v8.0.16 ?
Norton IS is making problems as well as Kaspersky, Avira . . . Norton 360 is OK and avast too . . .

No I didn't update to v8.0.16 will this matter
. . . possibly - because its the *adapted* version for IE9 and the other new browsers . . .
-> try alse to *deactivate* NIS while uploading . . .
