Hi,
I was adding shopping cart information to my site via the Advance settings "Shopping Cart" and all is going well but suddenly while appending Product information, my desktop going into the BSOD screen. Here is the screen failure:
My desktop eventually rebooted and brought me back to my desktop.
I then proceeded to launch Website X5 Evolut10n to resume my shopping cart updates:
I quickly realized my website icon is gone and only displays a greyed out camera and the date was very weird. I ignored this fact and selected the icon and hit the "next" button. I then get the error:
I quickly looked up this forum for some answer and read to rename the "backup.iwprj" to "project.iwprj" but quickly find out I do not have a "backup.iwprj" file.
Is my project lost forever or is there a way to recover my project? I hope my project can be recovered.
Any feedback on how to fix this?
Hello Dan,
The BSOD seems to be caused by the hybernation function of windows and you need to install the windows updates. About the project you can find all the backups of the project in the backup folder like in the last screen visibile and take the bakup.iwprj file. You can find several files with a timestamp of when they have been created and you need to move them in the mail project folder and rename them in project.iwprj

please help me. i have the same problem. and i tried to do like you wrote - nothing! and they write aslo about header number that incorect - what? i bought the licence, created web site - so what it was for nothing?
i assume you released new update. cause can not pick up my desings! how it is possible?
also i run e-shop and i need to do update everyday! how you can do so, that i opened my website for edition and i have to set all parameters and backround pictures again! nonsence!
so one of my web site - completely gone, at the moment with ERROR OCURR: XML CODE 0.0; OTHER ONE i have to created again my custom design all over again!
