Won't activate. I've emailed several times this is only my second machine and I can't get it to activate. It activated once and now it wants to do it again and when I put the serial numbers in it says it's been activated too many times. I need this machine to work and I'm tired of emailing you and getting no response. Reset the serial number or issue me a new one.
