Updating after first loading

updates I have successfully loaded website evolution 10 onto my main computer and downloaded the updates when i load it onto my laptop running xp it runs and asks if i want ot run the update( as the website i have been working on is in an updated program and will not run on the loaded version i need to update) it comes up with error 406 when i close the computerdown it hangs on a filke called broadnet . I have downloaded of the website and also off the disk you sent me Can you Help?

Mayby Website x5 did not close correctly. And it is still in memory, open up your taskmanager, remove all websitex5.exe in process tab. Then try again. Do this during update (directly after the update program has closed X5)
Opening taskmanager depend on you OS. cctrl and shift and escape is the most common keys (all together)
Or
Type in at start -> run -> taskmgr and enter
