I am using  Website C5 Evo 10.06.31

and well it happened again,  and this is unfortunately the third time already in a rather short lapse of time.

after the last upgrade all my customs templates are gone to nowhereland  once again...

this is really very annoying, since  my sites reqyure periodical upgrading and recreating/modifying repeatedly the templates  is rather time consuming.

Frankly i didnt remember of having read any advice that such a fact could happen, otherwise i would perhaps have made a backup of the custom template directory, just in case

I wonder if this is normal and if there is maybe an easy way to resurrect the  disappeared custom templates, or at least to avoid such an occurence in future upgrades
