I bought a new computer, and forgotten to copy my website working files. Now I could not do upload any info, due to no Website X5 project file. How do I retrieve the project file from my website?

You can only use projcet files. It is not possible to create a project from an website even if this is made with x5.
Try to get your project file from your old pc. If that is not possible then the only thing you can do is start from scratch. offcource you can use text and pictures from the internet site.
