Hello Nicolene,

Try these steps:

1. Make sure the option to 'Show the Welcome Page' is unticked in Step 4 Advanced Settings

2. Hold the 'CTRL' key down whilst entering the preview mode in WebSite X5

3. Reupload your project to your server using Step 5

4. Clear your browser cache using the 'Tools' menu of your browser

5. Visit the homepage of your website and verify if the problem is resolved.  If you still see the 'Welcome' page, then hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst refreshing/reloading the homepage.  If using Google Chrome you may need to do this several times!!

6. If you still see the old 'Welcome' page, then delete 'index.html' from the root folder of your X5 project on your server, and reupload your entire project (Upload all website files to the Internet) to your server using Step 5
