Hello, I see the need to be in v9 to export sites to v10. When I try to open v9 it tells me it is now not available in my computer as I have upgraded to v10. I still have the KEY for both versions and both are on my PC. The copies of the websites are also within my Documents folders, each section having been seperated into its own file, (not by me).

I  think I should have added the .iwzip before upgrading, but was NOT advised of this.

Although my websites are not 'commercial' the people I am supplying still need Up-to-date information showing! I now have pressure from a whole bunch of folk and am getting very stressed! Hence the poorly worded joke threat which I have now deleted from my Facebook pages!

If you can supply a new KEY for v9 so that I can amend those files for Export I will be very pleased!

Just to tell you that when I try to start up v9 I get Err:311 Licence KEY no longer applicable as this version has been upgraded.

Unlock code and instructions do not work on either v9 or v9 upgraded to 10 . All I get is a notice that this unlock code is incorrect!

Going BACK I found a page telling me the effort was not reaching a server, but the wifi was connected and the answers.webx5 was open.

I fail to realise what next to do.

I have now wasted at least three working days attempting to use v9 as it is suggested I need to in order to transpose my web sites onto v10 (Upgrade).

I have decided to file a complaint with your Managing Director and the letter went out today.

I suggest you send me a disc with a another copy of v9 , seperate to the codes already in my computer, and a seperate activation KEY so that I can get on with my management process .

I am very sorry, but I need your computer code in order to help you unlock your previous Evolution 9. Please follow this procedure:

• Download the latest version of the program from the following link: http://static.incomedia.eu/websitex5.com/v9/wsx5_ev.exe
• Enter your licence key and email address then keep pressed the "CTRL" button on the keyboard and click "Next".
• In the top right corner you will see a file which needs to be saved. This file contains all information about manual unlocking and it contains the computer code, too.
• Please give it to me (remember to zip it before you attach it to this post) and I will create a new unlock code for you.

I can not help you if you do not give me your computer code.

Hello Howard,

To unlock Version 9, so you will be able to export your projects as IWZIP file, you will need to follow the procedure for the manual unlock described in following FAQ:

and save the generated websitex5.html file on your pc. This file needs to be zipped, to allow you to add it as attachment on your next comment, so we can use it to generate and give you the unlock code you will need to use during the installation of the program and then use the program.
