I would like viewers to hear a dog bark (WOOF!) when they open my site and/or when they mouseover the menu  "BARK at US."  Is this possible?

To not translate the website you will need to sue the google translate plugin available in the HTML&Widget Object in step 3 in the Widget List.

The sound can be added in the Wellcome Page in step 4. It cannot be added to a link wich has a link to another page because the link can only have one function, or the sound or the link to the page.
