VIMEO DOESNT WORK WITH VERSION 9 OR 10

i have the version 8, that works perfectly
i bought the version 9 last year and since i found out that my VIMEOS cant play or load i never used this version
earlier yerterday i have desided to give a try to version 10
and it seems that VIMEOS are again not loading or error is there
i dont understand why? everything works great with V8

i tested a vimeo video in Version 9 and 10 and these are displayed.
Can you please tell me what exactly happens or if you get any error messages?

When am trying to put youtube videos or vimeo videos into my website
the youtube videos plays ok
but for the vimeos am getting the following msg
##Sorry, there was a problem loading this video''

is not for a specific video but for all the videos from vimeo

If the issue is occurring with all the videos that you use from Vimeo then can you provide a sample link to any one of them?

I tried the video you posted and it was visible in the program. Do you have any plugin or program installed which could block the videos?
Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the program to see if it helps?

i dont know whats going wrong.
everything works on my older version
but no one from the latest even if i -reinstall it works.

Did you try to update the flash player plugin or check if the antivirus/firewall could block the vimeo site from beeing loaded in the preview?
Try to start the program with the right click option as Administrator to see if this helps.
