Update failure NOT solved  en

Website X5 10.0.2.24 will not update, returns error message 406. I have tried the offered solutions available on this site, none of which work. How do I contact your "professional technical support" staff as advertised on your website?

Hello Roger,

If you set this post to 'Private' you will be able to communicate directly with the Incomedia technical support staff.

Have you tried downloading the latest release from this link:

http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

You can install the update by right-clicking on the downloaded file and selecting 'Run as administrator'  (make sure WebSite X5 is closed before doing so)

Just tried the download, now receive a DeleteFile falied code 5 error.

Where to now?

Hello Roger,

Are you logged in as Administrator User in windows?

Try to uninstall the program from the Control Panel and then run the downloaded installer as Administrator with the right click option.
