Error 404 not able to update

Why I am not able to update the software from 10.0.6.31 up to date, every time I try to update I get the error 404. I made sure I am connected to the internet and I tried disabling the firewall and the anti virus soft ware but that did not help. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thank you,

Download the latest version of the program here:
http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, make sure WebSite X5 is closed, then right-click on the downloaded file and select 'Run as administrator' - this will install the newer version over the older one.
