I have the Reference number and the invoice for Evolution 9. How can I download the media again? I need to install it again

Log in here to the WebsiteX5 Answers page and click on your profile. There is a series of links on the lower right such as "My Posts" "My Licenses" etc. One of them is "Download". You will find the link to download any version of the software you have previously registered.

The problem is that I have done a download and I cannot find the registration. When I click "Download" I get the below:

To view this page a licence of WebSite X5 Evolution or Compact is requested.
I can forward the email to an admin with the purchase if needed.

I mean that I have purchased the Evolution 9 last year and I have installed it twice. But, now I have changed laptop and I have formatted my PC. What I need is how I can obtain the media for a new installation and the license key as well.
I can prove that I have purchased the version 9 by providing the email that shows my payment to incomedia.
