Shopping basket not working

I have purchased the latest version. I have moved the site that was on evo 10 to professional. The main reason for doing this was I couldnt get the shopping basket to work on one of my websites. Every time I go into that section it crashes. Problem is it does it on the upgrade as well. Any suggestions

Can you, please write more about the crashing process? Can`t understand what are you doing, in which step it crash, What was written in crash log? Need more information. Problem can be with wrong database.
