Guestbook not working

I have used the guestbook feature on several pages, I had no way to test it offline so now that I am testing it on my live website everytime someone tries to leave a comment they get error message "There was a problem during the comment insertion." please advise, this is quite urgent

Ok I got that sorted, I had to change folder permissions on the server but now I have another problem, when I receive the email that a comment has been posted, how do i approve it for the site? The email has a link for me to reject it but when I follow it, it takes me a page called "Website X5 Manager" and asks me to login? I tried all my different logins and none of them seem to work? where do I find the login details for php admin login?
You can read the login user and p.w. in page 4 acces management in the admin part. If you change it now it will only work after updating the site.
