Upload the Website to Internet

Hi,
I am unable to upload my Website to the Internet. I have recieved the following FTP data:
FTP
Host: ftp.minspeakdanmark.dk
Username: minspeakdanmark.dk
Password: HIDDEN DUE TO SECURITY REASONS
The problem seems to be the Host (ftp.minspeakdanmark.dk). I got a mail saying: "Please notice, that even though the web space is created, it can take a few days before the domain is transferred" - maybe this is the issue and I should just wait another day or two..?

Hello Lea,
I believe your issue is related to your hosting. first can you access the cpanel... if Yes... then try to access the FTP through other FTP client to see if it will not if not then contact your hosting ompany....
