Continuously error coming while working on software as application crash and getting closes automatically. And the country drop down list is not coming in shopping cart –customer registration

As recently there was an update in the new version of WebSite X5 Professional 10.
I have done this update successfully on my laptop. But now from 2 to 3 days I am getting the error very frequently of not working properly and it get closed automatically. And reason it showing the there is application crash and error.
So for checking why this is happening I have done uninstall the whole software from my laptop and again after some time I have again reinstall the software, but after this also I am getting same error repeatedly ...
Please can anybody say that why this is happening as I am not able to do the work on my website.
One more problem I have facing with the website in shopping cart when any one purchase the product and after that when it goes on the form customer registration in this it is not showing any country in the drop down list, so not able to do any further payment process.... plz help me in this also as many people complaints me that we are not able to purchase from your website becoz of the country drop down list is not coming....

Hello Dave,
To show the list of the countries you need to follow these steps:
In case you have changed the content language in Step 1, first of all you need to export the language with the modified content.
Once this has been done, please close the program then delete the languages.xml file available in:
C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Professional\Libraries
After you have deleted the file and started the program, the countries list will appear again and in case you exported the languages file containing the modified content, you can import it again in the program.
About the crash you experience, does it happens also with a new project or only with one?

Hi Claudio i have try your procedure but still the error is same. I am sending you the file that what actally problem i am facing in the order form when we come to the country field, i am inable to type or to choose the filed of country so what i do to solve this issue. you can check the image file which i have uploaded.
