Transferring project to second computer

We have been unable to transfer project updates to our second computer which has the same Incomedia Website X5 v10. We have exported using a usb memory stick and tried to import on the other machine. Error messages keep appearing Connection Error not possible to complete the operation [FTP_Get Current Directory] Clicking ok, files seem to load but more error messages appear. Help, please Mike

What error message do you receive exactly when you click on ok? Could you please add a screenshot of it?
Are both your programs up to date on both computers?

Thanks for your response.
I think we have the same version on both computers [10.1.2.42]
The website start page does say that there is a New Update available.
Should we install this on both machines?
Files seem to be imported but will not open. No further error messages now.
I hope the initial error message will appear as attachment.

It is very important to have both your programs up to date. The error you received is caused by that.
Yes, please do install. If you are not able to update, you can download the latest version of the program from the ''download'' section here on answers.

I have upgraded on Computer 1 and this is now working ok.
Computer 2 is the same version 10.1.2.42 but still shows error messages when we try to upload to internet.
The initial screen looks different on the 2nd computer - no Check for Updates.
How can we update to upload files from this machine?

Some videos are not showing on the last upload.
Trying to correct this on the main computer the program crashes
A temporary file is created which is useless.

please delete your program from your second computer, then download it from the ''download'' section here on answers (please check in your control panel) and install.
Once this has been done, please make sure you are using your program as administrator: right click on the program icon and select ''run as adiminstrator''.
